Talking Stick

[ DE | EN ]

The Talking Stick feature allows moderators to determine which participants may speak next. It enables an automated speaking order without the need for repeated questions like "Who’s next?" or "Are you finished?". While the Talking Stick is active, all other participants' microphones are muted but can be re-enabled at any time for questions.

The Talking Stick can be activated from the left function menu.

After activation, you will see the participants in the meeting and can define the order in which they will be called to speak.

  • Name (Z-A)
  • First to Join
  • Last to Join
  • Random

Moderators are included in the speaking order by default, but this can be disabled if desired. At the bottom of the screen, you can start the Talking Stick session by clicking Start Now.
