Recording
On meet.opentalk.eu the recording feature is enabled for the tariffs standard and premium.
Record a Meeting
As a moderator, you can record meetings at any time. In the 3-dot menu, you'll see the option Start recording at the bottom.

All participants will see a notice that the recording has started.

If declined, the user's microphone and camera will be turned off and will not appear in the recording. Telephone participants will hear a prompt and can confirm via keypad input.
Additionally, when recording is active, a red icon appears in the top status bar next to the meeting time for all participants.
Stop Recording
To stop, the moderator clicks the 3-dot menu again and selects Stop recording.
All participants will see a notice and the red icon disappears.
The moderator will get a notice with a direct link to the meeting details where the recording is available.

Download Recording
Moderators can download recordings in the respective meeting under the meeting details.
All recordings can also be found under Settings/Storage in the dashboard.

Unneeded recordings can also be deleted there.
Format
The recordings are saved in the open .webm
format. They can be viewed with common video players like VLC. Alternatively, you can drag the file into a browser window.
